Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses art-making and creative expression to help individuals explore their experiences, process emotions, and share their stories—especially when words feel difficult to find.

Who this is for

- Ages 8+

- Wanting to process emotions or experiences without needing to rely on verbal communication

- No previous artistic skill required!

How therapy can help

- Through a combination of creative exploration and conversation, the art-making process becomes a meaningful way to gain insight, deepen self-understanding, and explore one's inner world.

Our approach

- At the first session, your therapist will work with you to understand your current concerns, areas of strength, and develop a comprehensive plan forward

- Virtual availability across Ontario and in-person sessions in Scarborough, ON
